Comedian Bernie Mac has passed away after losing his battle with pneumonia. The star was last seen in "Transformers" and appeared in movies such as "Ocean's Thirteen" and "Guess Who". The grapevine has it that Mac was first hospitalized with pneumonia on August 1st. Rest In Peace..

This is so sad. Im over in europe at the moment and didnt hear about his until just now.
