RAINIE YANG HAS "THE CHILD'S EYE"

Taiwanese actress Rainie Yang (杨丞琳) trades her sweetie pie image to play the lead role in Hong Kong’s first 3D horror film, The Child’s Eye. Co-starring is Hong Kong actor Shawn Yue (余文乐）who plays Rainie’s love interest and actress Elanne Kwong (江若琳）who plays Rainie’s best friend.

Rainie’s role in the movie is different from her usual girl-next-door image. She plays a Taiwanese in her twenties. Her character likes reading supernatural-themed novel. She has a brave and strong personality and is always seeking excitement.

Directed by the masters of Asian horror films, The Pang Brothers（彭氏兄弟）, The Child’s Eye is shot entirely with the latest 3D technology. This new venture aims to bring the audience the best and most up-dated cinema experience and targets to bring a new dimension to Asian horror films on 14 October 2010.
