Paramount Picutres has confirmed that Tom Cruise will return for the fourth instalment of Mission Impossible. Cruise will also produce, together with J.J Abrams, the director of MI: III and also last summer's "Star Trek". Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec, who previously worked with Abrams on "Alias" have been tapped to write the script. No director has been attached to the movie as yet, though with Abrams on board for the sequel to "Star Trek", it's unlikely he'll return to the director's chair for this.
