Independent distributors Encore Films and Clover Films have picked up new movies from Hong Kong's Media Asia Distribution for release in Singapore at the American Film Market (AFM), Variety announced today.

First on the list is the Raymond Yip-helmed Bruce Lee biopic "Bruce Lee My Brother" to be distributed by Encore Films and Cathay-Keris Films come Nov 25. Next year, Encore Films will also release "Wind Blast", an action thriller from China's Gao Qunshu.

Clover Films added to its slate of Hong Kong films to be released next year Johnnie To's "Punished" as well as To's upcoming "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" and Andrew Lau's upcoming "Beautiful Life".
