JULIAN SCHNABEL’S “THE DIVING BELL AND THE BUTTERFLY” CROWNED BEST FOREIGN FILM BY THE NATIONAL BOARD OF REVIEW

After claiming the top nominations for the Film Independent Spirit Awards last month and the Best Director Award during Cannes Film Festival last May, The Diving Bell and The Butterfly adds another prestigious nod with the Best Foreign Film Award of the National Board of Review (http://www.nbrmp.org/). Adapted from the eponymous international best-selling memoir by ELLE Magazine editor Dominique Bauby, The Diving Bell and The Butterfly brings to the silver screen the powerful tale of Jean-Dominique Bauby (interpreted by Mathieu Amalric).
