Patrick Swayze (1952 - 2009)
The 57-year-old "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost" actor died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57. The 1990 film "Ghost" cemented his status as a screen favorite. In 1995, Swayze plays a drag queen in "To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar" alongside Wesley Snipes and John Leguizamo. He kept on working even after his illness was disclosed last March. His last starring role was the TV series, "The Beast".
